As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an outstanding service every time, we request feedback from all of our customers after the completion of every delivery.


At Freight First we believe in ‘transparency’ and we welcome all feedback, comments and recommendations in regards to our service, whether that feedback is positive or not. By listening to our customers we can look at any areas that might need improving and action those immediately, likewise we can look at the positive comments and replicate those into other areas of our business.


Our customers are hugely important to us at Freight First and some of the working relationships we have built up are testament to our obsession with delivering a world class customer service for every customer, every enquiry and every delivery.


We carefully analyse every comment and every piece of feedback and share with our team on a daily basis. Due to the positive comments we receive regarding our service this is proving to be a great motivation tool as it helps our dedicated team know that their hard work and efforts in going that extra mile to find solutions do not go unnoticed.


After analysing our feedback for the month of May – 94% of our customers were delighted or satisfied with our service. Although 94% is an impressive figure it still left 6% that weren’t WOW’d with our service. Being Freight First we were totally focused to ensure that we looked at that 6% and any areas where we could’ve done better.


We are delighted to announce that for the month of June a whopping 99% of our customers were delighted or satisfied with our service which is extremely pleasing with what has been a really busy period for our company.


We would like to thank our fantastic customers for all of your honest feedback over the weeks and we promise we will work tirelessly to continue to provide a unique and world class customer experience when dealing with our team.


However, being Freight First there is still that 1% that we are looking into as we speak!
