Freight First wins Customer Service Award


Runcorn based haulier Freight First Ltd has scooped the prestigious ‘Excellent Customer Service’ award at the 2017 Halton Business awards on Friday night.

The forward thinking haulage company were also nominated for the ‘Marketing Excellence’ award and the ‘Go Green’ award.

This year’s event was held at the Select Security Stadium in Widnes and was attended by more than 300 guests from over 50 different businesses from across the region.

Managing Director Simon Meredith who started the company back in 2000 added; “We are extremely proud to win the Customer Service award and it is a testament to the hard work of the fantastic team that we have here at Freight First, and to the relationships that we have built with our customers over the years.

“It sounds simple but we listen to our customers, keep our promises and ensure that we always go that extra mile to find a solution where other companies might just give up”
